New institutions for the month of December

To top the year off, we finished 2015 by welcoming four new institutions in December. These new members helped us strengthen our presence in Québec’s health system as well as to expand our community in new markets.

The network of specialists that are part of our community is impressive. We’re proud to have welcomed the  100 % vision clinic which is specialized in refractive surgery. Present in the Sherbrooke region since 1991, this clinic offers various services allowing the correction of myopia, hyperopia or astigmatism. Dr Guy Doyon, ophthalmologist, and his team can now benefit from the advantages of Omnimed’s well-established network in the Eastern Townships.

We’ve welcomed another clinic of specialists, the Dr Sabbah clinic, located in Marcel-Laurin Boulevard in Montréal. Dr Robert Sabbah is specialized in obstetrics and gynecology. Thanks to his expertise, we’ve been able to create two new clinical tools that allow gynecological evaluations and follows-ups. By using different clinical tools, receiving electronic results and through information sharing, his work will be easier to accomplish.

We’re also really excited about entering a new market, our first religious congregation residence, The Missionaries of Africa. We’ve trained the people in charge of their Sherbrooke establishment so that they can assess their residents more efficiently.

Finally, the Santé Nouveau Monde clinic, located in Piedmont in the Laurentians, has also joined our network. As mentioned on their website, it is a “unique clinic that offers a global assistance” by combining traditional, natural and energetic care. The assessment of the patient is made by a general practionner and by a naturopath.

We’re truly proud to count them among our members now.
