Add notes about the patient and status

It is possible to document certain information in the patient's file in order to plan his next appointment, to facilitate communications with him or for any other reason. Two fields are particularly interesting in order to bring out information about the patient: the Patient status field and the Notes field.

Add a status

The main purpose of status is to indicate short information about the patient. It can be used as a reference concerning monetary debts, a level of care, a character trait, etc.

  1. Access the Administrative center.
  2. Click on Modify in the Administrative information.
  3. In the Patient status section, type the first letters of the status to add.
    1. If the status exists, it will be proposed. Click on the status.
    2. If the status does not exist, type the entire word, then press the Enter key on the keyboard to add it.
  4. Repeat as many times as necessary depending on the number of statuses to add.
  5. Click on Save.

ℹ️ Please note

  • It is not possible to edit a status. To remove the status, click on the X to the right of the status name, then add one if necessary.
  • The length of the status is limited to 50 characters.

    Add a note

    The Notes field is a long text field. There is no text limit. You can, therefore, enter all the administrative information that you find relevant to the patient.

    1. Access the Administrative center.
    2. Click on Modify in the Administrative information.
    3. In the Notes section, type the text, then change the line if necessary using the Enter key on your keyboard.
