The kiosk manager allows you to be notified in real time of patients who register at the kiosk and to view the list of registered patients with their registration status.

- Open the Gestionnaire de borne application on the workstation.
- The list of patients who have registered with the kiosk shows their HIN, name, time of registration and status(es). See status descriptions.
- When a patient is registered at the kiosk, a notification appears on the screen to identify the patient and the applicable status(es).
- Double-click on a patient's name to open their file in the Omnimed EMR.

The list of registered patients is reset every day.
List of statuses upon registration
Statuses allowing registration in the waiting room
🟩 Successfully registered: the patient is registered in the waiting room.
🟨 Expired HIN: the health insurance card has expired. The patient is redirected to reception and registered in the waiting room.
🟨 Balance due: the patient has a balance due on their file. The patient is redirected to reception and registered in the waiting room.
Statuses blocking registration in the waiting room
🟧 Late: the patient is late or has exceeded the allowed delay time (refer to the kiosk settings). They are redirected to reception and are not registered in the waiting room.
🟥 Record not found: no patient record matches the patient's health insurance number. The patient is redirected to reception and is not registered in the waiting room.
🟥 No appointment: the patient does not have an appointment at the clinic within the next hour. They are redirected to reception and are not registered in the waiting room.
🟪 Not in person: the patient appointment is not in person (online, telephone or home visit appointment). They are redirected to reception and are not registered in the waiting room.
Redirected: the patient is redirected to reception at the clinic's request in the Patients to be redirected to reception section.
