As mentioned during our January webinar (offered in French only), the Omnimed check-in kiosk will be available soon! Thanks to this new tool, patients will now be able to register themselves in the waiting room, freeing your staff from this administrative task.
The check-in kiosk will allow:
- patients arriving before or right on time for their appointment to register in the waiting room and confirm their presence by scanning their health insurance card,
- validate their contact information
The check-in kiosk will not allow:
- the patient arriving late to their appointment or with an expired health insurance card to check-in,
- to modify or add new contact information,
- to manage multiple waiting rooms
*This tool will be improved over time.
