Redirecting a patient from the kiosk to reception
In certain situations, it may be necessary to invite the patient to come to reception to complete validations, sign forms or receive specific instructions.
To redirect a specific patient to reception when checking in from the kiosk:
- Open the Gestionnaire de borne application on the workstation.
- Click on the Add button.
- Enter the HIN of the patient.
- Click on OK.
- When the patient registers at the kiosk, the kiosk registers him in the waiting room and redirects him to reception with the message configured in the Patient to be redirected to reception text field.
In the kiosk manager, it appears with the status Redirected, and a green square precedes its HIN in the Patients to be redirected to reception list. - To remove the patient from the list, select the patient in the list and click on the Remove button.
