Québec Medical Appointment Scheduler (QMAS) / Rendez-vous santé Québec (RVSQ) and Omnimed do communicate together since November 2018. To do so, you must share your institution's logins with us from the Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ).
Get your logins for RVSQ
If the warning message "Your institution is not configured to access the Québec Medical Appointment Scheduler" does not show up at the top of the Appointments module when you open it, it means that your institution is configured correctly. Thus, if the Québec Medical Appointment Scheduler icon is green, you have nothing to do.
If the icon is yellow and you see the error message saying your institution is not configured, please follow the steps to fix this issue. Without this login information, you will not be able to send your time slots from your electronic medical record (EMR) to the public platform.
Set up your institution
Once you'll have all of the needed information, please send your RVSQ information (ID machine and password) to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will configure this information in our database. Once your institution is configured correctly, we will write back to you.
