PROBLEM SOLVED - SLOWNESS AND ERROR MESSAGES

8:15 AM: We are investigating production problems that cause delays in opening medico-administrative modules and patient files.

11:25 AM: A report that lists all of the clinic's appointments for the day along with a basic summary of the file (history, allergies, medications, etc.). We will soon add the conclusion of the last clinical note. Here's the link to generate the report. We also restarted the application to see if it makes things better.

12:30 PM: The application is functional and the files can be opened. We are still seeing issues related to saving administrative information and are continuing to analyze and monitor systems.

1:30 PM: Instabilities are back and intermittent. Be assured that all of our teams continue to work to make all modules and patient records available as quickly as possible.

4:15 PM: Instabilities in production have major impacts for you and for your patients and we are aware of this. Be assured that all of our teams are actively working on finding the problem. The source of the problem has not yet been identified despite numerous tests that have been carried out since this morning, which causes further instabilities. Our only goal right now is to get everything fully functional by tomorrow morning.

4:28 PM: The problem causing the instabilities has been identified and corrected. For the moment, the patient files are accessible, and the problems in the medico-administrative modules have been resolved. We are continuing the monitoring to ensure that the current state remains stable, and we are still doing manipulations to prevent instabilities from returning in the evening and tomorrow. An explanatory follow-up in more detail will be given to Omnimed users tomorrow.

September 15, 9 AM: Here is a follow-up on yesterday's issues.
