9:03 AM: The system is functional again. You can log in as usual. We make sure that the performances are stable.

9:00 AM: The servers are restarted and the system is ready to operate. Only the links remain to be restored so that the connection to the production environment is back.

8:37 AM: While waiting for the complete return of the servers, you can view all of your clinic's appointments by following this link. The report is available to everyone who has already logged into our Jasper report generator. If you are unable to generate the report because it is too heavy, you can schedule it to be emailed to you. The steps to get there are here.

8:07 AM: We are restarting all the servers. Everything will be back in the next few minutes.

7:30 AM: The work to restore production is progressing well, we will keep you informed as soon as you are able to connect to it.
