We develop an electronic medical record (EMR) that is used by various types of clients: family doctors, medical specialists, nurses, medical secretaries, etc. Our web product reunites more than 6120 health professionals, that together, take care of more than 1,8 million patients.

The job

  • Participate in the daily operations of Omnimed and its different companies

  • Suggest improvements to optimize work processes and methods

  • Maintain and monitor a liquidity report according to the inflows and outflows planned for the different companies

  • Produce various reports for analysis and presentation to the management committee

  • Collaborate with directors in monitoring budgets

  • Collaborate with teams in relation to customers

  • Ensure communications with customers regarding billing and collection of accounts receivable

  • All other related tasks

You have...

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting (and an interest in accounting)

  • A minimum relevant experience of 5 to 10 years

  • Experience in managing and maintaining accounting management tools (forecast, cashflow)

  • Mastery of the complete accounting cycle

  • Natural ease with technology

  • Ability to conduct a conversation in English (customer communication)

  • Knowledge of SR&ED and CDAE tax credits (asset)

  • Knowledge of the Google Suite and QuickBooks (asset)
