Select a mandate
📌 Prerequisite: In order to change a mandate, you must be on the News page or the Search page.
- Click on Myself in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Search for the name of a professional in your establishment or select a name from your list of received mandates.
📎 Mandates allow administrative staff to access clinical information. Only health professionals are authorized to view clinical data on their own behalf. Administrative staff must therefore select a professional's mandate to access a patient's record. To learn more about mandates, see the article Rules of access to information and concept of mandates.
Changing the connection institution
📌 Prerequisite: In order to change your connection institution, you must be on the News page.
- Click on the connection institution in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select the institution of your choice from the list of institutions.
