The job

Under the supervision of the healthcare trajectories manager of the scientific direction, the project manager is called upon to work as a team in order to identify and understand the needs of our clients (health professionals), to think, question and position their needs in healthcare trajectories, as well as to deploy and train clients in order to optimize their processes.

What you will do...
  • Plan and liaise with customers throughout the sales process, including strategic canvassing, demonstrations, documentation on CRM and preparation of service offers

  • Coordinate and execute various projects, mainly care trajectory projects and research projects

  • Analyze needs and manage expectations with customers/partners

  • Analyze, script and develop care trajectories, then deploy them according to rigorous planning

  • Train and support partners and future users, individually or in groups, on-site or remotely

  • Develop the network surrounding our customers

  • Collaborate closely with all teams (support, new customers, development)

  • Attend health events and conferences

  • Any other related tasks or related projects

You have...
  • A bachelor's and/or master's degree in a relevant discipline related to health or research

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management and/or customer service in a related field

  • Knowledge and experience in the organization of processes and change management

  • Excellent knowledge in the field of health and/or clinical research

  • Very good communication skills, in French and English, both oral and written
