The kiosk manager lets you view the list of patients registered with the kiosk (with their status) and redirect a patient from the kiosk to reception. It also allows you, with authorization, to customize each kiosk to suit the needs of your clinic and patient base.
An installation is required for each workstation used for patient reception and kiosk customization.
⚠️ Important notes
- Contact your technical support to install the kiosk manager. Installation can also be carried out by Omnimed by appointment, in accordance with our Billable services policy.
- Computer administrator rights: During installation, you must ensure that you have an account with administrator rights.
- To find out what hardware is required to use the Kiosk Manager, see System requirements for Omnimed. Please note that it is available on Windows only.
Installation steps

- A download notification will appear in the top right-hand corner of your browser. ⚠️ Note that a warning message may appear on your screen. Only the Do not execute option will be presented. You must click on Additional information to access the Run anyway option. We assure you that the installation is safe, so you can continue.
- Go to the Downloads folder in File Explorer and double-click on the file gestborne.exe
Add a desktop shortcut
- A shortcut is automatically created for the current Windows session.
- To add a shortcut to the desktop for all users of the workstation, you must be an administrator.
